Built on the College’s trusted educational content, the CFFP Wealth Management Professional Assistant provides financial professionals with on-demand access to up-to-date information and scenario-based guidance. The tool is intended to complement advisors’ expertise, offering quick fact checks, conceptual refreshers, and support in navigating complex client questions.

The College for Financial Planning—a Kaplan Company, which is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, announces the launch of Champions of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (CoVITA) Scholarships to support secondary-level students, school teachers, and university faculty who volunteer with the Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in Puerto Rico. VITA offers free tax-preparation services to individuals earning $60,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and limited English speakers, and its certified volunteers help ensure accurate filings. In the 2023 tax year, tens of thousands of tax returns were prepared at VITA sites across the commonwealth.

The CFFP’s Master's of Science in Financial Analysis program has been acknowledged as incorporating at least 70 percent of the CFA Program curriculum and placing emphasis on the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct within the program. The program positions students to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter, which has become the most respected and recognized investment credential in the world, according to the CFA Institute.
