SHERIDAN, Wyo., Sept. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Five years ago, Autheo began building an Internet Operating System around a simple but ambitious premise: the technologies powering the next digital economy should not have to live in separate worlds. Today, one unusual market offers a glimpse of what that premise means in practice.
THEO, the native utility coin of the Autheo Internet Operating System, goes live today against a tokenized NVIDIA instrument through Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. The market places the economic asset of an emerging decentralized infrastructure network into the same programmable venue as a token linked to one of the companies that helped define the modern artificial intelligence and accelerated computing economy.
And that is only the first of two market expansions Autheo is announcing today.
TWO MARKETS, ONE LARGER STORY
On Thursday, October 1, THEO is scheduled to begin trading on MEXC, extending Autheo’s economic layer from permissionless decentralized markets into a global centralized exchange serving more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions.
The two events continue a market expansion that began on August 20, when THEO opened against USDC on Hydrex on Base, and then on September 10 with THEO against USDG on Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain. As of today THEO has three decentralized markets across two blockchain environments. From October 1 it has its first centralized one.
Taken separately, they are two new markets. Taken together, they say something about what Autheo has spent five years building.
THE ROADS COME AFTER THE FOUNDATION
Autheo did not introduce a coin and then look for something to build around it. Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026, secured by 149 active validator nodes out of 156 total as of September 23, 2026. Autheo’s infrastructure has undergone independent security audits across multiple layers, with Halborn auditing the Testnet and validator node platform, CertiK auditing Mainnet and smart contracts, and Adevar Labs auditing the Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge.
Autheo’s public testnet has generated more than 2.2 million wallet addresses, more than 1.2 million smart contracts, and more than 10.8 million transactions as of September 21, 2026, reflecting sustained developer activity across the build-out. Those figures describe cumulative testnet activity rather than current Mainnet totals.

WHY NVIDIA, AND WHY NOW
The THEO / NVDA market is not a novelty pairing. It is a preview of the kind of convergence Autheo was built to enable.
Five domains that have traditionally operated across separate technological and financial environments intersect inside this one market. NVIDIA represents accelerated computing and the physical infrastructure of the AI era. Autheo is building decentralized compute, storage, networking, and AI infrastructure. Robinhood Chain brings tokenized real-world assets onchain. Uniswap provides the programmable, permissionless market. THEO provides the economic layer through which the Autheo ecosystem operates. Five categories that rarely share a venue now share a price.
In practice it is simpler than it sounds. THEO and a tokenized NVIDIA instrument now sit in the same liquidity pool, on the same chain, quoted against each other continuously. Equity markets are open roughly six and a half hours on a weekday. This one does not close.
The symbolism should not be overstated. A relative price between two assets is not a measurement of the industries behind them. What the pairing indicates is direction, and that direction is not unique to Autheo. Tokenized equities were the fastest-growing category of onchain real-world assets in 2026, rising 390.4 percent year to date to $4.43 billion and lifting their share of tracked real-world asset value from 4.9 percent to 13.0 percent, according to Binance Research figures as of September 15, 2026. The same research places that $4.43 billion at 0.0029 percent of a $151.9 trillion listed-equity reference market. The category is compounding quickly and remains almost entirely unbuilt.
Robinhood Stock Tokens are standard ERC-20 contracts priced by per-asset onchain feeds and backed one-to-one by the underlying equity held with a licensed custodian. Robinhood has made Stock Tokens available in more than 120 countries subject to jurisdictional restrictions.

A centralized exchange reaches people a decentralized one cannot. It requires no wallet, no bridge, and no familiarity with onchain mechanics. MEXC is therefore not a replacement for Autheo’s decentralized markets but a complement to them: permissionless venues for users who want custody of their own assets, and an account-based global platform for those who do not. MEXC’s growing participation in tokenized equity markets also makes it a logical venue for a coin whose newest market is quoted against a tokenized equity instrument.
Autheo has engaged Enflux, a quantitative trading and liquidity firm, to manage THEO liquidity across its expanding market ecosystem, spanning both centralized and decentralized venues. Enflux supports THEO markets on Base and Robinhood Chain, including the new THEO / NVDA market, and will support liquidity on MEXC as THEO enters the exchange.
