Growth is coming from across Mobix Labs’ core business, led by a significant increase in wireless systems shipments and continued strength in military demand

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) today announced that it is on track to exceed the midpoint of its fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue guidance. On August 17, 2026, the Company guided to revenue of $1.4 million to $1.8 million for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The Company now expects revenue to exceed the $1.6 million midpoint, which represents a greater than 100% sequential increase.

The improvement is broad-based across both the Company’s wireless systems and connectivity businesses. Mobix Labs’ wireless systems manufacturing business is expected to deliver a significant increase in revenue over the fiscal third quarter that ended June 30, 2026 (Q3’26), and demand from military and defense customers continues to trend positively. In addition to higher revenue, the Company expects a substantial sequential increase in gross margin percentage, reflecting higher production volumes and a stronger product mix.

“We believe fiscal Q3’26 marked our bottom, and these results are the proof,” said Phil Sansone, Chief Executive Officer of Mobix Labs. “The growth is coming from both sides of our business, and the military trends we’ve been talking about are continuing. We’re focused on carrying that momentum into fiscal 2027.”
